本文论述了现代板坯连铸机与相邻轧机在直接轧制或热装的情况下的配合问题。当今的设备必须具备高度自动化、高生产率、低成本等特点。通过研制诸如可调结晶器、尺寸小且每分钟振动400次的高频率结晶器、带4组偏心轮的结晶振动器、新型的辊子结构(分离式,内部冷却,新型辊子材料)、铸坯分段型系统导向、气雾冷却、干式浇注、多点矫直、高度自动化,以及直接轧制、热装等来提高连铸机的生产率和半成品的质量。二次冶金是提高质量和生产率的一个主要手段。该生产过程由冶炼和浇注组成,使浇铸和轧制过程安全和可控。现对最近几年几种典型的连铸机,如多点矫直的弧形连铸机和超低高度连铸机作如下叙述。本文还简述了新研制的接近最终尺寸的浇注技术,例如薄板浇注、带钢浇注、喷射附着和转换浇注。
This paper discusses the cooperation between modern slab caster and adjacent rolling mill in direct rolling or hot rolling. Today’s equipment must be highly automated, high productivity, low cost and more. By developing high-frequency molds such as tunable crystallizers, small size and vibrating 400 times per minute, crystal oscillators with 4 sets of eccentric wheels, a new type of roller structure (split, internal cooling, new roller material) Segmented system orientation, aerosol cooling, dry pouring, multi-point straightening, high degree of automation, and direct rolling, hot charging, etc. to improve the productivity of continuous casting machines and the quality of semi-finished products. Secondary metallurgy is a major means of improving quality and productivity. The production process consists of smelting and pouring, making the casting and rolling process safe and manageable. Several typical continuous casting machines in recent years, such as multi-point straightening arc continuous casting machines and ultra-low height continuous casting machines are described below. This article also outlines the newly developed pouring techniques close to the final dimensions, such as sheet casting, strip casting, spray attachment and transfer casting.
