以N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(NIPAm)为单体,聚乙二醇(PEG)为致孔剂,聚甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯(PHEMA)为第2网络物质,制备了多孔半互穿温敏水凝胶。考察了不同分子质量致孔剂(PEG1000、PEG1500、PEG2000)、致孔剂质量、交联剂BIS质量、PHEMA/NIPAm质量比对凝胶结构和性能的影响。并用FT-IR、SEM、DSC、BET和称重法对凝胶进行性能测试。结果表明,最佳制备条件为:m(PHEMA)/m(NIPAm)=0.25,BIS质量为单体总质量的2.67%,PEG分子质量为1 000~2 000,PEG质量为单体总质量的40%。凝胶孔径为10~20μm,室温20℃下20 min凝胶可以吸收60%以上水分,90 min可以达到溶胀平衡,50℃下10 min内失去90%以上的水分,其LCST在35.8℃左右。
Using NIPAm as monomer, polyethylene glycol (PEG) as pore former and poly (2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) (PHEMA) as second network material, Interpenetrating thermo-sensitive hydrogel. The effects of different molecular weight porogen (PEG1000, PEG1500, PEG2000), porogen, crosslinker BIS mass, PHEMA / NIPAm mass ratio on the structure and properties of the gel were investigated. The performance of the gel was tested by FT-IR, SEM, DSC, BET and gravimetric methods. The results showed that the optimum preparation conditions were as follows: m PHEMA / m = 0.25, BIS mass was 2.67% of the total monomer mass, PEG molecular weight was 1000-2000, PEG mass was 40%. The gel pore size is 10 ~ 20μm. After 20 min at room temperature, the gel can absorb more than 60% of water and can reach the equilibrium of swelling after 90 min. The LCST is about 35.8 ℃ when the gel is lost within 10 min at 50 ℃.
