目的 了解医务人员对自身劳务报酬的意向 ,探讨其劳动价值。方法 采用随机抽样问卷调查的方法 ,对上海市 6家医院 1 4 2 4名医务人员进行劳务报酬的意向调查 ,并通过多元逐步回归分析 ,得到期望收入的模型。结果 只有 2 9%的医务人员对现有总收入比较满意。不同职称、学历、工龄、科别 ,对期望收入均有影响。期望收入是实际收入的若干倍 ,且不同级别间差距较大。结论 我国医务人员的劳务报酬有待进一步提高 ,且分配制度改革应与劳动人事制度改革同步
Objective To understand the medical staff’s intention to pay for their own labor service and to discuss their labor value. Methods A random survey questionnaire was used to investigate the intention of labor remuneration of 144 medical staff in 6 hospitals in Shanghai. The multivariate stepwise regression analysis was used to obtain the expected income model. As a result, only 29% of medical personnel were satisfied with the current total income. Different titles, education levels, length of service, and divisions have an impact on expected income. Expected income is several times the actual income, and there is a large gap between different levels. Conclusion The labor remuneration of medical personnel in China needs to be further improved, and the reform of the distribution system should be synchronized with the reform of the labor and personnel system.
