用绿色糖单孢菌分泌的含有木素过氧化物酶与木聚糖酶复合胞外酶漂白桉木KP浆,对其进行单段酶处理及后续化学漂白,探讨生物酶预处理对纸浆可漂性以及漂白废水污染负荷的影响。结果表明:酶处理可改善桉木KP浆的可漂性,在后续漂白条件相同情况下,酶处理可使桉木KP浆白度增加6.3%ISO;在达到相近白度时,后续DED漂白的总用氯量可减少30%,漂白废水的悬浮物、色度和CODC r分别降低了22.7%、28.1%和26.2%。
