校企融合、产学合作是职业教育发展的必由之路。文化作为高校的核心价值,必然推动高职院校走向校企文化融合之路。然而,因当前校企文化价值取向不同,还存在融合过程中的盲区与误区,需要重新审视与构建。本文提出一种新型的校企文化融合模型,包含理念层、制度层、行为层和物质层共四个层级,理念层以积极的职业价值观为引领,制度层以严密的体现职业价值观为引领的制度体系为保障,行为层以呼应职业价值观的职业素质养成行为为内化,物质层以反映职业价值观的职业环境为外显。四个层级内外相连、有机组成,形成了完整的结构。以以新型校企文化融合模型为架构,本文还示例了校企共建责任文化的样本用例。
School-enterprise integration, industry-university cooperation is the only way for the development of vocational education. As the core value of colleges and universities, culture is bound to promote the integration of higher vocational colleges into the culture of school-enterprise integration. However, due to the current school-enterprise culture value orientation is different, there are still blind spots and misunderstandings in the integration process, which needs to be re-examined and constructed. This paper presents a new model of school-enterprise culture integration, including the concept level, the system level, the behavioral level and the material level in all four levels. The concept level leads with the positive occupation values and the system level takes the professional values as the guidance Institutional system for the protection, the behavior of the euphemism to echo occupational values of professional quality of behavior for the internalization of the physical level to reflect the professional values of the occupational environment as the explicit. Four levels connected inside and outside, organic composition, forming a complete structure. Taking the new school-enterprise culture integration model as an example, this paper also illustrates a sample use case of building a responsible culture between school and enterprise.
