本文介绍用于显像管显示器外屏表面涂膜摩擦试验机的研制结果。试验机采用钢材底盘、铝型材框架结构,应用新颖的汽缸加荷控制技术实现磨擦刷头高精度加荷并往复磨擦涂膜等功能。它具有以下优点:兼容性强,可适于不同尺寸规格的显像管显示器;操作、维护方便。系统采用了触摸屏控制显示器,具有22个控制界面,配置了操作导航、数据设定与专家故障诊断等功能系统;磨擦刷头加荷精度高(全量程加压范围0~60kg内,绝对误差小于81k,相对误差小于0.18%,重复精度优于0.06%;常用加压范围2~10kg内,绝对误差小于10k)。
This article describes the development of the outer screen surface coating friction tester for CRT displays. Testing machine using steel chassis, aluminum frame structure, the application of novel cylinder load control technology to achieve high-precision friction brush head and reciprocating friction coating and other functions. It has the following advantages: Compatibility, suitable for different size CRT monitor; easy operation and maintenance. The system uses a touch screen control display with 22 control interfaces and is equipped with functions such as operation navigation, data setting and expert fault diagnosis. The friction brush head has high loading accuracy (full range pressure range 0 ~ 60kg, absolute error less than 81k, the relative error is less than 0.18%, the repeatability is better than 0.06%; the common pressurization range is 2 ~ 10kg, the absolute error is less than 10k).
