目的研究输血传播病毒(TTV)在新疆乌鲁木齐市体检高考学生和HBV携带考生中的感染情况,以探讨输血传播病毒的致病特性。方法以公布的TTV第一读码区序列设计两对寡核苷酸引物,用套式PCR方法,对120例体检HB-sAg阴性考生和46例HBV携带考生血清进行TTV-DNA的检测。结果120例体检HBV阴性考生中检出4例TTV-DNA阳性血清,阳性率为3.3%;46例HBV携带考生中检出8例TTV-DNA阳性血清,TTV-DNA阳性率为17.4%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.81,P(0.01)。结论新疆考生中存在TTV的感染,HBV携带考生中TTV的感染率较高。
Objective To study the infection status of transfusion transmitted virus (TTV) in physical exam students and HBV carriers in Urumqi, Xinjiang, in order to investigate the pathogenic characteristics of transfusion transmitted virus. Methods Two pairs of oligonucleotide primers were designed based on the published TTV first reading region sequence. TTV-DNA was detected in 120 HB-sAg-negative examinees and 46 HBV-carrying test sera by nested PCR. Results TTV-DNA positive sera were detected in 4 out of 120 HBV-negative candidates, with a positive rate of 3.3%. Eight of 46 HBV-carrying candidates were found to have TTV-DNA positive serum. The positive rate of TTV-DNA was 17.4%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2=7.81, P(0.01). Conclusion There were TTV infections among Xinjiang candidates, and the infection rate of TTV in the HBV-carrying candidates was higher.
