我们用硝酸甘油舌下含化治疗急性胃肠道痉挛性疼痛,取得满意疗效,现报告如下:21例患者,男13例,女8例,年龄4～62岁,平均年龄20岁,均确诊为胃肠道痉挛性疼痛.除病因治疗外,立即给予硝酸甘油0.5mg舌下含化,小儿酌减.疗效评定标准:(1)用药10分钟内腹痛完全缓减为显效:(2)超过10分钟为有效;(3)半小时后腹痛无减轻为无效.结果:显效15例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率90%,尤以小儿及青少年疗效更快,多在5分钟左右缓解.21例中4例有头昏胀,2例有头跳痛,均在20分钟内自行缓解.讨论:硝酸甘油是作为抗心绞痛的首选药物,其基本原理是直接松弛平滑肌,它仅对小血管有作用,而且对胃肠道平滑肌亦有解痉作用,因而可治疗急性胃肠道痉挛性疼痛,本组病例疗效满意,副作用小,可作为胃肠道痉挛性痉痛的常规治疗药物.
