屠苏酒是中国古代流传下来的酒文化遗产,它既是预防瘟疫的药酒,又是元旦必饮之年酒。自东汉创制以来,因其独特的酒文化意蕴,深受钟爱且长期盛行,后又远播国外。如今屠苏酒在中国已经失传,而韩国和日本自传入后一直保留元日饮屠苏酒之习俗。这篇文章从中韩日古籍中关于屠苏酒的记载,来考证屠苏酒的创制、配方、名由、饮法、药效等,进而引起人们对中国传统酒文化的重视和反思。
