目的 探讨中低位直肠癌经肛局部切除的适应证。方法 回顾分析本院 1994年 1月～ 1995年 12月经肛局部切除的中低位直肠癌病人 32例。结果 粘膜癌 ,粘膜下层癌且直径≤ 2 cm者 ,无 1例复发。直径 >2 .5 cm的粘膜下层癌 3例出现局部复发 ,2例为低分化腺癌 ,1例为中分化腺癌。结论 经肛局部切除可作为早期中低位直肠癌的一种外科治疗方案 ,但应严格掌握适应证。
Objective To explore the indications of transanal local resection of middle and low rectal cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis of 32 cases of mid-low rectal cancer patients who underwent transanal resection from January 1994 to December 1995 in our hospital. Results There was no recurrence in mucosal and submucosal carcinomas and diameters ≤ 2 cm. Submucosal carcinomas > 2. 5 cm in diameter had local recurrence in 3 cases, 2 poorly differentiated adenocarcinomas and 1 moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma. Conclusion Transanal local resection can be used as a surgical treatment plan for early low and middle rectal cancer, but indications should be strictly controlled.
