任何一所学校和班级都存在体育弱势群体,许多体育教师都为他们伤透了脑筋。心理学研究表明,“自卑—厌学—拒教”是弱势群体的三大特征。自卑是弱势学生的认识特征,厌学是弱势学生的情感特征。拒教是弱势学生的行为特征。目前有相当一部分中学生心理失衡,存在许多心理障碍,并产生了一些不良行为。关注他们的心理,采用适宜的教学策略,是深化体育教学改革对我们体育教师提出的新的要求。
There is a disadvantaged group in any one school or class and many physical education teachers have broken their brains. Psychological studies show that “inferiority - weariness - refusal to teach” is the three characteristics of vulnerable groups. Inferiority is the cognitive characteristics of disadvantaged students, tired of learning is the emotional characteristics of disadvantaged students. Refusing to teach is the behavioral characteristics of disadvantaged students. At present, a considerable number of middle school students have psychological imbalances, many psychological barriers exist, and some bad behaviors have taken place. Concerned about their psychology, the use of appropriate teaching strategies is to deepen the reform of physical education for our physical education teachers put forward new requirements.
