Public entertainment workers have to face some difficulties: it is necessary to behave and be unconventional, it is necessary to create a sense of intimacy but also the introduction of cutting-edge ideas. The conventions and forms are not only a framework for helping directors to create but also a great opportunity for them to develop their skills.
