针对国内现有红外线燃气灶仍存在燃烧效率较低、火力较分散、燃烧不够充分等问题,从其结构与燃烧特性出发,分析了燃烧效率及经济性,设计了一种新型集热圈联体红外线燃气灶。借助商业软件ANSYS Fluent14进行了燃烧温度场的模拟,并和燃烧特性实验结果进行了对比,得出新型燃气灶的平均热效率比传统红外线燃气灶高3%~5%,排放出的烟气中CO含量低60%,新型燃气灶具有较高的节能减排价值。
In view of the problems of low combustion efficiency, relatively scattered firepower and insufficient combustion in existing domestic infrared gas stoves, the combustion efficiency and economy are analyzed based on their structure and combustion characteristics. The simulation of the combustion temperature field with commercial software ANSYS Fluent14 was made and compared with the experimental results of combustion characteristics. The result shows that the average thermal efficiency of the new gas stove is 3% ~ 5% higher than that of the traditional infrared gas stove.
