依据国家对爆破器材的相关规定与规范,设计了基于CONOPEN通信协议控制的现场混装乳化炸药车,该车电控系统的PLC、显示屏、编码器之间采用CAN2.0A通信协议。通过运用控制器的PID功能块算法,达到胶体流量的自适应调节与控制目的,胶体流量控制精度可达到98%以上。通过嵌入VBS脚本语言程序,精确算出编码器采集的实时数据字节,从而实现送管与退管速度的高精度控制,送管与退管速度控制的平均精度可达到97%以上。
According to the relevant provisions of the national blasting equipment and specifications, designed based on the CONOPEN communication protocol control of the scene mixed emulsion explosive vehicles, the car electronic control system PLC, display, encoder using CAN2.0A communication protocol. Through the use of PID controller function block algorithm to achieve colloidal flow of adaptive regulation and control purposes, colloidal flow control accuracy can reach 98%. By embedding the VBS scripting language program, the real-time data bytes collected by the encoder can be precisely calculated so as to achieve high-precision control of the delivery and withdrawal speeds, and the average accuracy of the delivery and withdrawal speeds can reach more than 97%.
