本文以特变电工股份有限公司为例,介绍和分析了该公司基于雇主品牌理念的战略人力资源管理实践中采取的尊重员工、提高员工满意度、重视人力资源管理和企业文化建设等策略,以及取得的成效,以期对其他企业的人力资源管理实践有所启发。
