分析了带式输送机胶带跑偏的机理及生产过程中跑偏的原因，得出了提高其制造安装质量、合理操作和加强维护是防止胶带跑偏的主要途径，同时还介绍了承载托辊前倾的纠偏方法，对胶带运行的在线监测及自动纠偏系统也进行了研究。 The mechanism of deviation of belt conveyor tape and its deviation in the production process are analyzed.
