大家都知道经常不吃早餐得胆结石的风险较高,但澳大利亚的新研究发现,经常不吃早餐,还易增加潜在致命心脏病的风险。澳大利亚塔斯马尼亚大学研究发现,经常不吃早餐更容易导致肥胖、腹部脂肪堆积和高胆固醇,这些都是心脏病风险因素。不吃早餐,还容易导致胰岛素水平更高,久而久之易患上糖尿病。
