为探讨黄芪四君子汤在其治疗中的作用机理,本文采用放射免疫分析法,观察该方对利血平所致类脾虚小鼠模型的T4、ANP、cAMP、cGMP水平的影响。结果显示:(1)类脾虚组小鼠T4含量比对照组低(P<0.025),而给药组T4含量已接近对照组水平(P>0.05);(2)类脾虚组ANP含量比对照组显著降低(P<0.001),而给药组则明显高于类脾虚组(P<0.01);(3)类脾虚组CAMP水平及CAMP/CGMP比值均高于对照组,而给药组CAMP含量与对照组相仿;(4)类脾虚组CGMP含量显著低于对照组(P<0.001),而给药组则比类脾虚组高(P<0.001);(5)服用黄芪四君子汤的小鼠,可使其体重、胸腺、脾脏、睾丸、子宫的大小与对照组相仿。结果提示,黄芪四君汤子可以消除利血平的药物影响,防止出现脾虚症候,其作用机理与调节甲状腺功能及ANP和cAMP、cGMP水平有关。
To investigate the mechanism of Huangqi Sijunzi decoction in its treatment, we used radioimmunoassay to observe the effects of this prescription on the levels of T4, ANP, cAMP, and cGMP in spleen-deficient mice model caused by reserpine. The results showed that: (1) The content of T4 in the spleen deficiency group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.025), while the T4 content in the administration group was close to the control group (P>0.05); (2) spleen deficiency group The ANP content was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.001), but was significantly higher in the drug-administered group than in the spleen-poor group (P<0.01). (3) The CAMP level and CAMP/CGMP ratio were higher in the spleen deficiency group than in the control group. In the control group, the CAMP content of the drug-administered group was similar to that of the control group; (4) The CGMP content in the spleen-deficiency group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.001), while it was higher in the drug-administered spleen-deficiency group (P<0. 001); (5) Mice taking Huangqi Sijunzi Decoction can make the body weight, thymus, spleen, testis, and uterus the size of the control group. The results suggest that Huangqi Sijun Decoction can eliminate the influence of reserpine and prevent the appearance of spleen deficiency syndrome. Its mechanism of action is related to the regulation of thyroid function and ANP and cAMP and cGMP levels.
