采用三对引物建立了套式PCR疟疾诊断技术,对来源于同一地区的34例门诊镜检确诊为间日疟的血标本及国外输入的2例恶性疟的血标本进行了病原体检测和虫种鉴定,得到预期扩增的DNA片段,经琼脂糖凝胶电泳,显示出肉眼可见的与引物对应的扩增区带,与镜检结果一致。
Three pairs of primers were used to establish nested PCR malaria diagnostic methods. The pathogen detection and worm species were detected in blood samples of 34 V.falciparum diagnosed in outpatient clinics in the same area and two imported malarial samples from foreign countries. Identification, get expected amplification of DNA fragments, the agarose gel electrophoresis, showing the naked eye with the primer amplification zone, consistent with the microscopic results.
