为保持泊位作业的高效运转,提高集装箱码头作业效率,针对泊位作业中岸桥可能出现的等待问题,建立一种船舶服务时间的数学模型.从初始、循环、收尾3个状态来研究泊位作业,着重分析集卡和岸桥作业的衔接,寻找出现泊位作业阻塞或死锁的原因.借鉴计算机领域中的缓存,提出缓存区域作业.应用缓存区域作业的泊位作业模型能够使岸桥保持持续工作,大大缩短了船舶服务时间.采用MicrosoftExcel的模拟算例结果表明,该优化方法可有效提高泊位作业效率.
In order to maintain the efficient operation of berth work and improve the operation efficiency of container terminal, a mathematical model of ship service time is established in view of the possible waiting problem of berth quayside quay.
