目的观察君山区西闸中层引水方法防止钉螺和血吸虫尾蚴经灌溉涵闸向垸内扩散的效果。方法收集2001-2006年的螺情、病情资料;2007-2008年每年春季进行垸内、垸外螺情调查;秋季对居民先用IHA方法筛查,阳性者以Kato-Katz法(1粪3检)进行病原学检查。结果西闸外洲长江洲滩活螺和感染性钉螺密度历年均较高,工程建设前后无明显变化;涵闸改造后垸内有螺面积及钉螺密度大幅度下降,2008年已查不到钉螺,居民血吸虫感染率明显下降。结论西闸中层引水工程可有效防止钉螺及尾蚴向垸内扩散。
Objective To observe the effect of middle water diversion method in West Gate of Junshan District to prevent snail and schistosome cercaria from diffusing into the embankment through irrigation culverts. Methods The data of 2001-2006 spirits and disease were collected. In 2007-2008, the investigation of embolism in embankment and embankment in the spring of 2007-2008 was conducted. In the autumn, residents were screened by IHA method. The positive individuals were detected by Kato-Katz method Check) for etiological examination. Results The density of living snails and infective snails in the banks of the Yangtze River estuary in the Xizha Ozhou Islands were all high over the years, with no significant changes before and after the construction. There was a significant decrease in the snail area and snail density in the embankment after the Culvert reconstructed. In 2008, Resident schistosome infection rates decreased significantly. Conclusion The West Gate Middle Water Diversion Project can effectively prevent snail and cercaria from diffusing into the embankment.
