考察沥青混凝土路面技术,不难发现,沥青混凝土路面已经高度规范化、标准化,现过程的设计、施工和验收的每一环节均有据可循。然而这种大规模、工业化产品在使用中却常常发生早期破坏。沥青混凝土路面的频繁破坏说明:目前沥青混凝土路面的实现过程存在可靠性不足的缺陷,否则无法解释这种高频率发生的破坏现象。以结构可靠性理论为基础,结合沥青混凝土路面的设计特点展开研究,结果表明:沥青混凝土路面设计时的作用取值存在缺陷;沥青混合料的代表值选取不具有代表性;路面计算模型高估了路面的承载能力。对沥青混凝土路面施工展开研究的结果表明:沥青混凝土路面的施工过程缺乏现场材料检验指标和层间状态检验指标,导致实际路面的可靠性降低。只有采取措施整体提高沥青混凝土路面的可靠性,才有可能从根本上改变沥青混凝土路面频繁破坏的现状。
