目的 :探讨CerbB -2和 pgp同时表达对乳腺癌患者预后的影响。方法 :用免疫组化二步法检测 86例ER阳性乳腺癌中CerbB -2和pgp的表达。结果 :86例患者两者均表达 ,其中之一表达及均不表达组的比例各为 2 9 1%、44 2 %、2 6 7%。三组淋巴结转移率和 3年无瘤生存率之间的差异均有统计学意义 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :CerbB -2和 pgp在乳腺癌中同时表达 ,预后更差 Objective: To investigate the effect of simultaneous expression of CerbB-2 and pgp on the prognosis of patients with breast cancer. Methods: The expression of CerbB-2 and pgp in 86 cases of ER-positive breast cancer was detected by immunohistochemical two-step method. Results: 86 cases were both expressed, with the proportion of one of the two groups being 291%, 44 2%, 267% respectively. The differences between the three groups in lymph node metastasis and the 3-year tumor-free survival rate were statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusions: CerbB-2 and pgp are both expressed in breast cancer with a worse prognosis
