Guillain-Barre综合征是国内神经科常见病之一,近年发病率明显增加。其发病机理、一般临床表现与诊断为众所周知,但对于伴有中枢神经系统损害的症状和体征者报告甚少。我院1984年8月～1991年9月共收治本病患者60例,其中6例伴有锥体束征。
Guillain-Barre syndrome is one of the most common neurological diseases in our country. The incidence of Guillain-Barre syndrome is obviously increased in recent years. Its pathogenesis, general clinical manifestation and diagnosis are well known, but few have been reported for signs and symptoms associated with CNS damage. Our hospital from August 1984 to September 1991 a total of 60 cases of patients with this disease, of which 6 cases associated with pyramidal tract signs.
