依据河龙区间晋西北地区多沙粗沙区8 条一级入黄支流所在县( 市) ,90 年代以来不同的治理进度水平,采用二阶等距抽样调查法,抽选出进行水土保持措施典型调查点,对调查点水土保持措施的各项指标进行了详细的调查核实,并采用面积加权的方法推算到流域,从而初步得出了该区水土保持措施的保存、分布及质量状况,为大面积计算水土保持措施的减洪减沙效益奠定了良好的基础。
