随着我国经济发展进入新常态,中国已进入人力资本时代,人力资本的积累和提升在产业变革之路上扮演着越来越重要的角色。校企合作可以降低企业的劳动力成本,有效提高人力资源利用率。但企业是以盈利为目的的经济主体,其对校企合作中人力资本投资风险缺乏定量分析,因而校企合作的意愿不足。本文以我校民太安校企合作项目为例,采用蒙特卡罗方法模拟企业人力资本投资风险,结合净现值法,明确校企合作项目的可行性,积极推进“校企合作、工学结合”的人才培养模式,发挥人力资源优势,推动“人口红利”走向“人才红利”。

Taking the project of Min Tai School-Enterprise Cooperation in our school as an example, this paper uses Monte Carlo method to simulate the investment risk of enterprise human capital, and combines the net present value method to clarify the feasibility of school-enterprise cooperation project and actively promote the cooperation between school and enterprise, Combined with “personnel training mode, give full play to the advantages of human resources, and promote ” demographic dividend “to ” talent bonus ".
