甲鱼属于以肉食性为主的动物,对饲料中蛋白质的要求较高。我们在完成了幼甲鱼对饲料蛋白质最适需要量的基础上继而进行成甲鱼饲料蛋白质最适需要的研究。本试验以干酪素和鱼粉为蛋白质,用α淀粉调节蛋白质梯度,制成的精制饲料,通过喂养试验,从生长增重率,体蛋白增加量和蛋白质效率等指标,研究成甲鱼饲料中最适蛋白质需要量。材料和方法供试甲鱼系由天然水域捕获,试验前在水泥池驯养半个月,选择体质健壮,规格较均匀,平均体重117.66～151.67克的甲鱼进行试验,试验池2×1.7×1.2m~3
Turtle belongs to the carnivore-based animals, the feed protein requirements are higher.
