目前会计干部技术职称的考核评定工作,已在全国范围内展开.有些地方已基本结束.广大会计干部有了相应的技术职称,工作上更加奋发,学习理论,钻研业务,蔚成风气,形势十分喜人.但在考评过程中,由于各地做法不同,有些地方不同程度存在一些问题和不足之处.问题之一是:根据国家规定,“确定或晋升会计干部的技术职称,应以学识水平,业务能力和工作成就为主要依据,并适当照顾学历和财务会计工作的资历”.但是,有些地方,对学历和资历照顾较多,特别是对资历方面,一是起码的专业年限要求太长,二是对年限长的干部定的职称偏高.
