1993年1月～1994年12月间共施手术1339例,其中剖宫产626例,腹部切口裂开16例;全子宫切除术214例,切口裂开3例,宫外孕及其它手术499例,裂开8例。 诊断标准:术后切口无红肿、无疼痛、无发热及全身症状,切口及针眼部仅有黄色液体渗出,7 d拆线后,切口皮肤及皮下组织裂开。裂开切口内无凝血块及脓液,分泌物细菌培养阴性或无致病菌生长。 手术时间:两年期间发生的27例切口裂开者,其中5～10月份共手术518例,裂开5例,11～4月份手术821例,裂开22例。两者比较提示,不同季节和其发生情况差异有显著性。x~2=4.73,P<0.05。
Between January 1993 and December 1994, 1339 patients underwent surgery, including 626 cases of cesarean section and 16 cases of abdominal incision; 214 cases of total hysterectomy, 3 cases of incision, 499 cases of ectopic pregnancy and other operations, Cleft in 8 cases.
