解折臂俯角对折臂横向载荷和轴向载荷以及弯矩的影响,基于弹性力学理论对擦窗机折臂进行分析,导出折臂所受轴向载荷和横向载荷以及弯矩与俯角变化的理论公式。针对折臂式擦窗机进行理论分析,计算出实际受力,并进行相应的计算,建立擦窗机折臂的三维模型,利用ANSYS有限元软件对所建模型进行求解分析,对折臂静态状态进行分析得出结果。对两种方法得出的结果进行分析比较,结果表明该方法合理可靠,得出了折臂稳定性的结论。
Based on the theory of elasticity, the bending arm of gondola is analyzed, and the theory of axial load and lateral load of bending arm and the variation of bending moment and depression angle is deduced formula. According to the theoretical analysis of the folding arm wipers, the actual force is calculated and the corresponding calculation is made. The three-dimensional model of the arm wiping arm is established. The finite element software ANSYS is used to solve the model. Analyze the results. The results obtained from the two methods are analyzed and compared. The results show that the method is reasonable and reliable, and the conclusion of the stability of the folding arm is obtained.
