用切变冷却轧制法制备LY1 1半固态合金时 ,由于轧辊可提供很大的剪切力 ,工具与坯料易于控制冷却 ,此方法比传统的流变工艺更具优越性。研究表明用该方法可制得细小均匀的球状或椭球状晶粒的LY1 1半固态合金。并研究了浇注温度对晶粒大小的影响。发现浇注温度高于临界温度约 750℃时 ,对晶粒大小影响不明显 ,浇注温度低于 750℃时 ,晶粒随浇注温度降低而明显减小。在给定工艺条件下 ,最佳浇注温度为 730℃。
When the semi-solid alloy LY1 1 is prepared by the shear cooling rolling method, this method has more advantages than the traditional rheological process because the roll can provide great shearing force and the tool and blank are easy to control the cooling. Research shows that this method can be fine uniform spherical or ellipsoidal grains of LY1 1 semi-solid alloy. The effect of pouring temperature on the grain size was also studied. When the pouring temperature is higher than the critical temperature about 750 ℃, the effect on the grain size is not obvious. When the pouring temperature is lower than 750 ℃, the grain size decreases obviously with the pouring temperature decreasing. Under the given process conditions, the best pouring temperature is 730 ℃.
