案情简介:李某于2011年2月19日进入某公司从事木工工作,并以满1个月后再与公司签订劳动合同为由,未与公司签订劳动合同,也未参加工伤保险。2011年3月2日15时许,李某在工作时不慎锯伤左手食指和中指末节。受伤后,李某住院治疗15天。2011年4月2日,李某最后一次到医院接受治疗,当日医院为其出具了建议休息1个月的证明,后李某未再继续治疗。公司从3月17日(李某出院当天)开始,多次通知其回单位签订劳动合同及调换轻松岗位上班,李某未予理睬。2012年10月9日,李某向仲裁委提出仲裁,要求公司支付工伤待遇。
