本文认为,动之以情,晓之以理,以情感人,以理服人,寓情于理,情理结合,是行之有效的企业思想政治工作的基本方法之一。就一般而论,情感强烈,道理透彻,就会产生满意的效果。然而,有时,情真理足,却收效甚微,以至引发负效应。因此,文章运用心理学原理,分析了企业思想政治工作中如何组织情与理的分配。着重于思想政治工作的目标不同,决定了诉诸情况的重点不同;思想政治工作的对象不同,决定了诉诸情况的程度不同;等等加以论述。
This article believes that moving with emotion, understanding people with reason, emotional people, convincing people with reason, empathy with reason, and combination of reason and reason are one of the basic methods for effective corporate ideological and political work. In general, strong emotions and thorough truth will produce satisfactory results. However, sometimes, when the truth is full of truth, it has little effect, causing negative effects. Therefore, the article uses the principles of psychology to analyze how to organize the distribution of sentiment and reason in corporate ideological and political work. Different emphasis on ideological and political work has different goals, which determine the focus of appealing to the situation; different ideological and political work targets determine the degree of appeal to the situation; and so on.
