在汽车车身整体误差检测技术中 ,由于没有标准车身 ,但需要按照标准车身的特征点、线、面位置 ,快速调整、高精度定位二维视觉传感器。提出了对六维参数进行综合调整的图形定位方法 ,该方法使仪器调整直观 ,便捷 ,精度高。采用了空心正四面体的棱边代表标准汽车车身的棱边来设置传感器 ,能够在没有标准车身的情况下 ,通过调整显示在计算机屏幕上的两个图形的重合 ,对二维视觉传感器的六维参数同时进行调整。
In the vehicle body overall error detection technology, because there is no standard body, but need to follow the standard body features points, line, surface position, rapid adjustment, high-precision positioning of two-dimensional vision sensor. A new method of graphically locating six-dimensional parameters is proposed, which makes the instrument intuitive, convenient and accurate.
