建立了测定煎剂中阿魏酸含量的反相高效液相色谱法，以香豆素为内标，以LichrosorbC18为分析柱，流动相为甲醇－醋酸－水（38：0．3：61．7），检测波长为320um，平均回收率为99．94％±3．67％，日间RSD小于2．77％；测定川芎单煎剂，川芎与丹参、川芎与当归合煎剂及川芎、当归分煎合液等制剂中阿魏酸含量，结果表明单煎制剂和分煎合液中阿魏酸含量较高。
A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was established for the determination of ferulic acid in decoction. Coumarin was used as the internal standard and Lichrosorb C18 was used as the analytical column.
