目的探讨健康教育与心理护理对乙肝失代偿期患者负性情绪和生活质量的影响。方法回顾性分析攀枝花市第四人民医院2015年1月—2016年10月收治的乙肝失代偿期患者114例,随机分为常规组(n=56)和研究组(n=58)。常规组患者采用院内常规治疗,研究组患者在常规组基础上给予健康教育和心理护理双重干预。干预6周后,比较两组患者干预前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及生活质量指数量表(QL-Index)评分。结果干预前,两组患者SAS评分、SDS评分及QL-Index评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组患者SAS评分、SDS评分低于常规组,QL-Index评分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育和心理护理可有效改善乙肝失代偿期患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effects of health education and psychological nursing on the negative emotions and quality of life in patients with decompensated hepatitis B. Methods A retrospective analysis of 114 patients with decompensated hepatitis B in the Fourth People’s Hospital of Panzhihua from January 2015 to October 2016 were randomly divided into routine group (n = 56) and study group (n = 58). Patients in the conventional group were treated routinely in the hospital. Patients in the study group were given double interventions on health education and psychological nursing on the basis of the conventional group. Six weeks after the intervention, the anxiety self-rating scale (SAS), the self-rating depression scale (SDS) and the QL-Index score were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in SAS score, SDS score and QL-Index score between the two groups (P> 0.05). After the intervention, SAS score and SDS score of the study group were lower than those of the conventional group and QL-Index score Higher than the conventional group (P <0.05). Conclusion Health education and psychological care can effectively improve anxiety and depression in patients with decompensated hepatitis B and improve their quality of life.
