电子枪的热结构性能历来就不象电气设计那样受重视。然而随着对电子枪的整体性能、可靠性以及效率的要求的提高,机械设计的考虑已经变得非常重要,经常需要复杂的分析和设计才能得到满意的结果。为了帮助了解并发展现代先进的电子枪,某些综合的计算机分析方法已经得到了发展。用这些方法可以获得电子枪机械性能的详细知识,提供改进有效设计的情报,并提供解决复杂系统问题的方法。另外,使用这些方法在时间(速度)上和成本上考虑也是合适的。这篇文章将说明这些分析方法以及如何把这些方法用于了解和改进电子枪热结构性能。
The thermal structural performance of electron guns has traditionally been less valued than electrical design. However, with increasing demands on the overall performance, reliability, and efficiency of electron guns, mechanical design considerations have become so important that often require complex analysis and design to achieve satisfactory results. In order to help understand and develop modern advanced electron guns, some integrated computer analysis methods have been developed. These methods provide detailed knowledge of the mechanical properties of electron guns, provide intelligence to improve effective design, and provide solutions to complex system problems. In addition, the use of these methods in time (speed) and cost considerations are appropriate. This article will illustrate these analytical methods and how to use these methods to understand and improve the thermal structure of electron guns.
