Modern jet airliner is a high-speed, safe and comfortable transport. It can quickly transport hundreds of thousands of people from one city to another in a distant city at one time, greatly shortening the travel time and adapting to the fast-paced law of life in modern society. However, such high-speed, large aircraft also have some health risk associated with air travel. For example, passenger infections have been reported as a result of contaminated food; flights entering the aircraft on short-term flights at airports in endemic endemic areas have spread illnesses such as malaria. It is particularly noteworthy that respiratory diseases may be transmitted through direct human-to-human contact within the flight. In flight, respiratory pathogens are typically transmitted through tiny droplets (less than 10 microns in diameter). This tiny droplet is widely and randomly scattered throughout the cabin air, stays in the air for hours, is easily drawn into the narrow bronchioles and causes a large number of passenger infections with small droplets. At present, medical experts are mainly concerned about the possible transmission of measles virus, influenza virus and Mycobacterium tuberculosis in flight.
