目的:研究高剂量螺旋藻多糖与银杏叶有效成分按不同比例复合,对小鼠S180肉瘤的抑制作用,为抗肿瘤新药的研究与开发提供理论基础。方法:高剂量200mg/(kg·d)螺旋藻多糖与银杏叶有效成分按1:1、2:1和1:2的比例复合。分别给荷瘤小鼠灌服此3种复合制剂和螺旋藻多糖、银杏黄酮、银杏内酯3种单一成分,观察对小鼠S180肉瘤的抑制作用。结果:螺旋藻多糖与银杏叶有效成分1:1比例复合组、2:1比例复合组和1:2比例复合组的抑瘤率分别比空白对照组提高63.774%(P<0.01)、46.883%(P<0.01)和40.282%(P<0.01);单一成分螺旋藻多糖组、银杏黄酮组和银杏内酯组的抑瘤率分别比空白对照组提高30.728%(P<0.05)、34.112%(P<0.05)和51.220%(P<0.01)。与空白对照组相比,试验组小鼠的脾指数、胸腺指数和外周白细胞数都无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:高剂量螺旋藻多糖与银杏叶有效成分复合使用,对抑制小鼠S180肉瘤能产生协同增效作用,且对小鼠未见免疫损伤。
OBJECTIVE: To study the inhibitory effect of high-dose Spirulina polysaccharides and Ginkgo biloba L. compounded in different proportions on the inhibition of S180 sarcoma in mice, and provide a theoretical basis for the research and development of new anti-tumor drugs. Methods: The high dose 200 mg/(kg·d) of Spirulina polysaccharides and Ginkgo biloba leaves compound in the ratio of 1:1, 2:1 and 1:2. The tumor-bearing mice were orally administered with the three compound preparations and three single components of Spirulina platensis polysaccharides, ginkgo flavonoids, and ginkgolides, and the inhibitory effects on the S180 sarcoma in mice were observed. RESULTS: The inhibition rates of Spirulina polysaccharides and Ginkgo biloba L. 1:1 ratio composite group, 2:1 ratio composite group and 1:2 ratio composite group were higher than the blank control group by 63.774% (P<0.01), 46.883%, respectively. (P<0.01) and 40.282% (P<0.01). The inhibitory rates of the single-component Spirulina polysaccharide group, ginkgo flavonoid group, and ginkgolide group were respectively increased by 30.728% (P<0.05) and 34.112% (P<0.05). P<0.05) and 51.220% (P<0.01). Compared with the blank control group, there was no significant difference in spleen index, thymus index, and peripheral white blood cell count in the experimental group (P>0.05). Conclusion: High-dose Spirulina polysaccharides combined with effective components of Ginkgo biloba L. can synergize the inhibition of S180 sarcoma in mice, and no immune damage was observed in mice.
