文化装备产业是为满足文化产业、文化事业、公共文化需要而提供各种装备的产业集群,即“生产文化设备的制造业和服务业”。中国发展文化装备产业,参与全球文化科技装备的竞争,必须坚持走开放的道路,打造双向流通与国际合作的格局。中国要提升文化软实力,满足人民文化消费升级,必须加快发展文化装备产业。其重点包括:以创新为发展动力,形成先导性与规模化相结合的发展战略,既突出研究和开发的前瞻性,又形成规模化的优势;以集成创新的基地和集群为载体,形成合作圈、产业链、产品系的有机结合;拓展双向开放与产业升级相结合的路径,提升我国文化装备产业的国际竞争力。
The cultural equipment industry is an industrial cluster that provides various kinds of equipment to meet the needs of cultural industries, cultural undertakings and public cultural undertakings, that is, “manufacturing and service industries that produce cultural facilities”. To develop the cultural equipment industry in China and participate in the competition of global cultural, scientific and technological equipment, China must stick to its path of opening up and create a pattern of two-way circulation and international cooperation. To enhance cultural soft power and meet the people’s cultural consumption upgrading, China must speed up the development of the cultural equipment industry. The key points include: taking innovation as the driving force for development and forming a development strategy combining pilot and large-scale development, which not only highlights the forward-looking research and development but also forms the advantage of scale; and forms an integrated and innovative base and cluster as a carrier to form a cooperation Circle, industry chain, product line of organic combination; expand the path of two-way opening up and industrial upgrading combine to enhance China’s cultural and equipment industry’s international competitiveness.
