在3.5m×2.0m×3.0m的水池中建立一个阴极保护系统,研究在恒幅值方波脉冲电流作用下,阴极表面的电位响应波形特征及电位分布特点。结果表明:在恒幅值方波脉冲电流作用下,阴极表面的电位响应为典型的方波电流作用下的电位响应,只有补偿溶液电阻才能得到真实的电位相应波形,但实际测量中可以直接采用电位响应波形的最下沿电位值作为测量点的极化电位;方波脉冲电流的幅值、频率和占空比的增加,均可使阴极表面的电位分布曲线负移,但各参数的影响规律不同;方波脉冲电流在阴极表面具有更均匀的分布,更深的穿透性,可明显延长保护深度。关于方波脉冲电流在系统中的分布机理还不清楚,有待进一步研究。
A cathodic protection system was set up in a 3.5m × 2.0m × 3.0m water tank to study the characteristics of the potential response and the potential distribution of the cathode surface under the action of constant amplitude square wave pulse current. About the distribution mechanism of square wave pulse current in the system is unclear, pending further study.
