目的 观察雷公藤多甙治疗子宫肌瘤疗效及其对子宫肌瘤组织和子宫肌组织ER(雌激素受体)、PR(孕激素受体)表达的影响。 方法雷公藤多甙40mg/d治疔3-6个月,治疗前后用B超测量子宫及肌瘤大小,用放射免疫法(RIA)测血清促卵泡素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、垂体催乳素(PRL)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)和睾酮(T)水平。免疫组化法检测单纯手术组和雷公藤多甙治疗后手术切除组的子宫肌瘤组织和子宫肌组织中ER、PR表达的变化。 结果子宫肌瘤于服药3-4个月时缩小(27.84±3.69)%,5-6个月时缩小(51.60±3.92)%,呈时间依赖关系。治疗后外周血E2、P水平明显下降(P<0.01)。FSH和LH水平明显上升(P(0.01)。T和PRL治疗前后无变化(P>0.05)。药物治疗组子宫肌瘤组织的ER、PR的蛋白表达量明显下降(P<0.05)。 结论雷公藤多甙40mg/d剂量治疗子宫肌瘤有效,不但对性腺轴有可逆性的抑制作用,而且在蛋白水平上抑制子宫肌瘤组织的ER、PR的表达。可能是其治疗子宫肌瘤的主要机理之一。
Objective To observe the effect of tripterygium wilfordii glycosides on uterine fibroids and its effect on the expression of ER (estrogen receptor) and PR (progesterone receptor) in uterine leiomyoma and uterine muscles.
