动态改性色谱是近几年来高效液相色谱的新进展。本文分别选择季铵盐,非离子型表面活性剂、聚乙二醇等作改性剂,研究亲脂性的N—取代二苯并氮杂冠醚在动态改性色谱中的保留机理和影响保留的因素。在无改性剂存在下, 甲醇一水,甲醇作流动相,不能从硅胶柱上将冠醚洗脱。用高甲醇含量的流动相,动态改性硅胶色谱可有效分离冠醚化合物,其分离选择性较优于键合ODS柱。
Dynamic modified chromatography is the recent progress of high performance liquid chromatography. In this paper, quaternary ammonium salts, nonionic surfactants and polyethylene glycol were selected as modifiers to study the retention mechanism and influence of lipophilic N-substituted dibenzazepin in dynamic modification chromatography the elements of. In the absence of modifier, methanol-water, methanol as the mobile phase, the crown ether can not be eluted from the silica gel column. The mobile phase with high methanol content, dynamic silica gel chromatography can effectively separate the crown ether compounds, the separation selectivity is better than the bonded ODS column.
