将18只新西兰白兔随机均分为对照组和实验组,分别涂抹冰硼散和康复新液7 d,对比给药前后超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)活性的变化。治疗后,实验组兔血清中SOD、MDA的平均含量分别为162.03±13.91 U·m L-1、5.69±1.02 nmol·m L-1,与治疗前比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。康复新液可增加实验性口腔溃疡兔血清中SOD的活性,降低MDA的含量,对口腔溃疡具一定治疗作用。
Eighteen New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The Bingbansan and Kangfuxin solution were applied for 7 days respectively. The changes of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) activity before and after administration were compared . After treatment, the average contents of SOD and MDA in the experimental group were 162.03 ± 13.91 U · m L-1,5.69 ± 1.02 nmol · m L-1, respectively, which were significantly different from those before treatment (P0.05) . Kangfuxin solution can increase the activity of SOD in the serum of experimental oral ulcer rabbits, reduce the content of MDA and have a certain therapeutic effect on oral ulcer.
