传统的轧后控冷系统以温度作为主要控制目标,忽略了对冷却速率及冷却均匀性的控制,为此,作者开发了超快速冷却系统,实现了冷却路径及均匀冷却的多目标控制,即,通过优化数学模型算法及相应控制策略实现终冷温度及冷却速率精确控制,通过边部遮蔽、头尾遮蔽、辊道微加速及对称冷却等策略实现钢板横向、纵向及厚度方向的均匀冷却。超快冷系统在国内某钢铁公司应用后,终冷温度、冷却速率、冷却后温度均匀性及性能均匀性等指标均达到控制要求,应用效果良好。
The traditional post-rolling control cooling system regards the temperature as the main control target, ignoring the control of cooling rate and cooling uniformity. To this end, the author developed an ultra-fast cooling system to achieve the multi-objective control of the cooling path and uniform cooling, namely The mathematical model and the corresponding control strategy are used to achieve the precise control of the final cooling temperature and the cooling rate. The horizontal, vertical and thickness directions of the steel plate are uniformly cooled by the strategies such as edge shading, head and tail shading, micro acceleration and symmetrical roller cooling. Ultra-fast cooling system in a domestic steel company application, the final cooling temperature, cooling rate, temperature uniformity after cooling and uniformity of performance indicators have reached the control requirements, the application effect is good.
