用间接过氧化酶免疫组织化学法,以抗HLA-Ⅰ类分子,抗β2-微球蛋白,抗HLA-Ⅱ类分子,抗HLA-DR-DP-DQ亚分子等单克隆抗体12种(SF1~12)检测食管鳞状上皮癌及原发性肝癌且织细胞的各类抗原表达。结果表明,20例食管鳞状上皮癌全部表达HLA-Ⅰ类分子及β2-微球蛋白。60%表达HLA-Ⅱ类分子。5例原发性肝癌同样高强度地表达了HLA-Ⅰ类抗原,但β2-微球蛋白显示弱反应。在肝癌切片中HLA-Ⅱ类分子的表达不能确定
