为了建立一种花生油掺伪快速检测方法 ,以我国居民常见的花生油品种和其他食用油为原料,通过比较其傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR),确定花生油特征光谱区域。配制成一定混合比例的油样进行测定分析,建立花生油掺伪检测模型并对模型进行验证。研究结果表明:模型预测掺伪比例与实际掺伪比例线性回归方程为y=0.9963x+0.1011(y为预测掺伪比例/%,w/w,x为实际掺伪比例/%),决定系数(R2)为0.9963。模型预测值与实际掺伪比例高度线性相关,R2为0.9980,检出限为6.05%,相对误差均小于15%。表明基于涂膜法FTIR光谱的花生油掺伪快速检测分析是可行的。
In order to establish a rapid detection method for peanut oil adulteration, the peanut oil characteristic spectral region was determined by comparing its common peanut oil varieties and other edible oils by FTIR. A certain proportion of the mixture was prepared for the determination of oil samples to establish a peanut oil adulteration detection model and verify the model. The results show that: the model predicts the ratio of adulteration to the actual adulteration linear regression equation is y = 0.9963x + 0.1011 (y is the predicted adulteration ratio /%, w / w, x is the actual adulteration ratio /%), the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.9963. The predicted value of the model is highly linear with the actual proportion of adulteration, R2 is 0.9980, the detection limit is 6.05% and the relative error is less than 15%. It shows that the peanut oil adulteration based on the coating method FTIR spectroscopy is feasible.
