全面质量管理是经过中外企业实践证明的一门行之有效的应用科学,是促进企业生产力优化配置走内涵挖潜道路的有效手段。在当前全国各行各业深入开展“质量、品种、效益年”的大好形势下,认真回顾我公司近十年来推行全面质量管理的实践.对进一步提高全员质量意识,推行全面质量管理,深化企业内部改革,适应外部环境变化,使施工企业由生产速度型向质量效益型转变有着十分重要的现实意义。一、深化全面质量管理,有利于提高社会效益。
Total quality management is an effective applied science that has been proved by Chinese and foreign companies. It is an effective means to promote the optimal allocation of enterprise productivity and to tap into the hidden potential. Under the current excellent situation of “quality, variety, and benefit year” in all walks of life across the country, we have carefully reviewed our company’s practice of implementing total quality management in the past ten years. We will further improve the quality awareness of all employees, implement comprehensive quality management, and deepen our business. Internal reform, adapting to changes in the external environment, and transforming construction companies from production speed to quality and efficiency have very important practical significance. First, deepening total quality management will help improve social benefits.
