我国农民的文化水平虽然呈逐年上升的趋势,但总体而言,还处于较低水平。农村教育发展滞后是制约农民科技素质的重要因素;劳动力转移,一方面缓解了农村劳动力就业的压力,但同时也使沉淀下来的劳动力科技文化素质更低,结构更不合理;科技推广难,阻遏农民科技素质的进一步提高。要全面提高农民科技文化素质,必须大力发展农村教育,特别是要做好普职成三教统筹、农科教有机结合。
Although the cultural level of peasants in our country has been increasing year by year, it is generally at a low level. The lagging development of rural education is an important factor restricting the scientific and technological quality of peasants; the transfer of labor, on the one hand, has eased the pressure of employment of rural laborers; on the other hand, it has also resulted in the lower technological and cultural quality of the labors and the more irrational structure of science and technology; Farmer science and technology to further improve quality. In order to comprehensively improve the scientific, technical and cultural qualities of peasants, we must vigorously develop rural education. In particular, we should do a good job in integrating general education into three education systems and organic integration in agricultural science and education.
