1994～1995年,我院收治脑梗塞患者47例,其中非胰岛素依赖型粮尿病(NIDDM)并脑梗塞16例,现报道如下。 一般资料:本文非糖尿病组31例,平均年龄58.4±7.8岁;NIDDM16例,平均年龄53.2±9.2岁;糖尿病病程平均9.1±6.5年,血糖平均9.3±2.6mmol/L。其脑梗塞范围、神经功能缺损程度见表1、2。两组均应用蛇毒抗栓制剂、脑细胞活化剂及中药黄芪等,并配合针灸理疗;另外糖尿病组尚给予低糖、胰岛素等降血糖治疗。
